Keelia is an award-nominated actress, writer, filmmaker, and podcaster, originally from Los Angeles, California.

As an actress, she has appeared in popular TV shows such as NBC’s New Amsterdam and ABC’s The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and hit indie movies like producer Alex Coco’s (Anora, Red Rocket) Beat the Shift. She produced, wrote, directed, and starred in her first original feature film, Leading Lady, released 2022. Her second original feature film, The Lonely Diners Club, is set to shoot in January of 2026.

Her debut novel, Chapter One Again, the first installment of the Avila Falls series, tells the tale of a big city woman who returns to her tiny mountain hometown to find herself, faith, and love. It will will be published by InterVarsity Press in June of 2026.

She is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of Wallflower Journal, an online magazine for women, which boasts a readership of over 200k. She also hosts the Dear Wallflower podcast, covering the various issues today’s women are facing in their stories.

Her writing has received millions of views across multiple online and print outlets written on topics such as relationships, media, art, and culture.

Keelia is a classically trained singer, a lover of mystery novels and scary movies, and a crossword master. She lives with her actor/author/filmmaker husband, Nathan Clarkson, between the bustling streets of New York City and the grand mountains of Colorado.
